Hi Friends!

My name is Mimi, and I’m the owner of The Mimistry. My journey into a more health-focused lifestyle began in 2014 when I struggled with Type 2 diabetes. I discovered the Paleo lifestyle, which is gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and refined sugar-free. This approach brought me better results than a more traditional one, and it inspired me to start a new small business.

I’ve always had a natural talent in the kitchen, especially when it comes to baking, and in 2016, I realized my foodie dream by founding The Mimistry. Starting with a market stall in southern Sydney, I quickly built a loyal following of customers who appreciate gourmet baked treats while avoiding allergens, processed ingredients, and refined sugars.

My creations, adored by both sweet treat lovers and the health-conscious, soon led me to expand into a professional kitchen. Now, I supply health-food stores and select cafes across Sydney with delicious, guilt-free delicacies, including healthy treats, tarts and mini cakes. Here you can find healthy birthday cakes and party catering in the form of petit mims.

The Mimistry is my home of rustic baked goods and real food, all handmade with love.
