Our Story

Seeking alternatives to conventional medicine, Mimi began an educational journey in 2014 which led to a health focused diet that was gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, soy-free and refined sugar-free. This nutritional ethos planted the seed for a new small business.

Naturally talented in the kitchen from a young age and with a passion for baking, Mimi achieved her foodie dream to be the founder of The Mimistry in 2016. At a market stall in southern Sydney, she quickly established a loyal following amongst customers who still valued gourmet baked treats while avoiding allergens, processed ingredients and refined sugars.

Adored by lovers of sweet treats and the health-conscious alike, The Mimistry soon expanded into a professional kitchen, supplying health-food stores and select cafes across Sydney. Delicious, guilt free delicacies include a range of cakes, tarts, mini-cakes, cookies and other healthy treats.
